At Pinewood Studios there is wheelchair access to row A at the front of the theatre. You can drive onsite to park outside the John Barry theatre and use the side entrance. Please notify us before the screening so staff can open this access for you.

Shepperton Studios does not have wheelchair friendly access at this time.

At Pinewood Studios please park in the visitors car park behind main reception.

At Shepperton Studios please park in any space outside the Korda Theatre.

Parking at both sites are free.

At Pinewood Studios you can drive onsite and park outside the John Barry Theatre in one of the Post Production spaces. This is only for customers unable to walk from the visitors car park. Please notify us before the screening.

At Shepperton Studios you can park in any space outside the Korda Theatre

These are screenings with captioned subtitles. These screenings are open for everyone and the audio track will play as usual.

We do not offer refunds unless we have to cancel the screening.

You can swap or credit your tickets up to 48 hours before the screening start time. Please contact us to do so.

Yes, we offer free entry for accompanying carers and accept the CEA card – a national initiative that offers a free ticket to carers/companions accompanying disabled guests to the cinema.

We have a cafe bar serving a selection of snacks, hot and cold drinks. There is no restaurant at either studios.

All tickets must be purchased online in advance, we cannot issue tickets on site. 

There are no adverts, the trailers run no longer than 10 mins. Please be on time for the film.
